Children’s Church
Kids can enjoy worshipping with their family for the first part of the Sunday morning service. Then they are welcome to participate in their own exciting Children’s Church. There are currently two groups: 2-4-year olds and kindergarten to 5th grade.
Kingdom Kid’s Club
Children are an integral part of our congregation at Chambersburg Alliance. We believe that investment in today’s youth is vital in fostering men and women of strong faith in Jesus Christ. Our midweek children’s program is an opportunity for children Ages 3 – 6th grade to engage in creative crafts, games, and most importantly, learn about Jesus.
Alliance Youth Fellowship (AYF)
Our youth define our church! They bring energy and a creative flair to our congregation family and worship. They meet twice a week, Sunday evenings at 6 pm and Wednesday evenings at 7 pm. Each gathering involves a fun, light-hearted atmosphere, with pointed discussion about the Christian faith and its applications to life. Additionally, the AYF holds monthly activities that help foster life-long friendships. Past activities have involved movie nights, lock-ins, cookie decorating, pool parties, bowling, and sled derbies!
One aspect that makes AYF unique is our church affiliation with the Christian & Missionary Alliance. Every three years Alliance Youth from across the nation gather together for a youth conference called LIFE. It is perhaps the highlight experience of every teenager while in AYF! National speakers, unforgettable worship sessions, games, activities, and an opportunity to serve the hosting city’s community. LIFE has it all!
